HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The hotel rate available to government employees will be at the per diem rate at the time of arrival (currently $122/night plus tax) from Monday, September 30 to Thursday, October 3. Hotel Reservation Deadline: Friday, August 30, 2019

After August 30, 2019 5:00PM EST, reservations will be accepted on space and rate availability basis only. After the room block is full we cannot guarantee rooms or rates at the hotel. Check-in is any time after 3:00PM; check-out in 12:00PM

TRAVEL

The Hyatt Regency Columbus is located approximately 7 miles from the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). While shuttle service is not available from the hotel, guests can take advantage of COTA AirConnect, with direct service to and from the John Glenn Columbus International Airport to the Hyatt Regency / Convention Center stop in front of the hotel for $2.75. Taxi and ride sharing services are available at the Ground Transportation level. Estimated taxi fare is $25 (one way). Estimated ride share fare is $20 (one way).

Participation Policy:
In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must have the approval of your agency to attend and you are required to fully participate and attend all days of the school.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration to this school, you must do so in writing on or before Friday, August 30. Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, August 30 will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received in writing after Friday, August 30 will not be refunded.
